Prihandana Suko Prasetyo Adi
Prihandana specialises in information and communication technology (ICT) law, and he also renders advice in matters related to competition law. Insurance and telecommunication associated issues are further strong fields of his core.
Prihandana co-wrote the Indonesian chapters of the 2010 Technology, Media and Telecommunications Review and the 2014 Getting the Deal Through (GTDT) on Insurance and Reinsurance. Also, he has a pro-bono research project on competition in the Indonesian telecommunications sector and is involved in preparing an investor’s guide to investing in Indonesia’s infrastructure business.
Prihandana graduated in law from the University of Indonesia (Sarjana Hukum degree). In 2017, he earned LL.M in Computer and Communications Law from Queen Mary, University of London. He completed his dissertation with distinction.
Before joining AKSET, Prihandana worked for another law firm in Jakarta.
Anita Yuandri Lubis
Anita is an experienced and well-rounded attorney admitted to practice law since 2013. She has handled a variety of client matters including insurance, information & technology, project financing, constructions, and banking and finance matters. She represents both local and overseas clients either in providing advisory services or transactional works.
Prior to joining AKSET Law, Anita was a Senior Associate in another prominent law firm. Anita also was seconded to a Singaporean law firm in Singapore during her early career years as an attorney. This experience significantly helps her to become a more internationally-minded attorney.
Anita obtained her Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from New York University (NYU) School of Law, New York, United States of America majoring in Corporate Law. Her study at NYU was on a full scholarship from the Indonesian Government.
Dicky joined AKSET in 2014. Dicky has been involved in a wide range of M&A transactions involving insurance companies, tourism companies, oil palm plantations, mineral water companies, shipping enterprises, and oil&gas drilling companies. In addition, he also has an extensive experiences in dealing with transactions and advisories in the field of capital market, financing, and anti-trust.
In recent years, Dicky was deeply involved in a series of transactions resulting in the business integration between PT Panorama Tours Indonesia (now PT Panorama JTB Tours Indonesia) and JTB Corporation (JTB) for inbound tourism business in Indonesia. Dicky also have a notable role in representing international insurance company in its business expansion in Indonesia. In banking work, Dicky represents a public company and its subsidiaries in loan facilities restructuring worth more than Rp 1.2 trillion.
Dicky has been involved in various teaching activities, both within and outside the firm – as shown in his participation to teach in Peradi, Jentera Law School, and Hukumonline. In 2017, Dicky was selected by the firm to be seconded for 6-months period to Mori Hamada & Matsumoto, a prominent law firm in Japan.
Dicky graduated from Pelita Harapan University, majoring in Business Law, with deep interest in cinemas and electronic music. Dicky is fluent in English and Indonesian language.
Richie is a Senior Associate of AKSET. He is our infrastructure project and project finance attorney, and specializes in project developments, banking, and finance. He has extensive experience in advising on and executing local and cross-border banking and syndicated finance transactions.
He has been involved in infrastructure projects as well as advisory work on regulatory framework for such projects.
Prior to joining AKSET, Richie was a Senior Associate of another law firm. Prior to that, he had been with a prominent joint venture bank in Jakarta.
During his early career, he advised wide range of clients from governmental authorities, state-owned enterprises to private entities including financial institutions and banks.
Richie graduated from Faculty of Law at the University of Padjajaran in 2008. He is a licensed Advocate and a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).
Adit specializes in the M&A, general corporate and projects sectors. Prior to joining AKSET, he was involved in several transactions namely an acquisition of a 2GW coal-powered power plant as well as land acquisitions for a Singaporean downstream oil and gas company.
He was seconded to the Singapore office of his previous law firm before joining AKSET in 2017. Adit graduated from University of Indonesia (Sarjana Hukum degree). He speaks English and Indonesian.
Agata Jacqueline Paramesvari
Jacqueline joined AKSET in 2018. Her areas of practice include general corporate and financial technology. Prior to joining AKSET she had extensive international experience, including at the United Nations Secretariat in New York.
Jacqueline obtained her Sarjana Hukum from Universitas Indonesia in 2013 and her LL.M. degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 2017.
Jacqueline is admitted in New York and has passed the Indonesian Advocate Association (PERADI) Bar Examination. She is fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Portuguese.
Ahmad Radinal (Radinal) specializes in Arbitration and Dispute Resolution, with extensive experience in dispute resolution matters including civil litigation and arbitration. Recently, he represents clients from labor and land dispute. He is a licensed Advocate and a member of Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).
Radinal graduated from Universitas Indonesia (Sarjana Hukum degree). He was with another law firm prior to joining AKSET.
Ajeng obtained her law degree from Universitas Gadjah Mada, with the cum laude honor. She was one of the most outstanding students from her class.
During her career, Ajeng has handled local and multinational companies in dealing with transactions and advisories on mergers & acquisitions, banking & finance, anti-trust, foreign investment, general corporate matters, and intellectual property rights. She participated in a major acquisition of shares in a government-controlled toll road company in Indonesia by a major toll road company with a transaction value of approximately Rp1.7 trillion.
Ajeng is a licensed Advocate and a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI). Prior to joining AKSET, she worked with other reputable law firms in Indonesia.
Alfan joined AKSET in 2019 as an Associate. He graduated cum laude from Airlangga University, Surabaya. He competed in several national and international legal competitions during his time of study. He developed a keen interest in the field of financial technology law, transportation law and banking law from his student days and his time in the firm.
He has passed the Bar Examination provided by the Indonesian Advocate Association (PERADI) and is currently waiting to be sworn as an advocate. Alfan speaks Indonesian and English
Andi Manggoana Wira Tenri
Manggoana (Ade) has been involved in various general corporate, foreign investment, and infrastructure projects at AKSET.
Prior to joining AKSET, she had an internship with a multinational oil and gas company to fulfill her keen interests in the energy and natural resources.
Ade joined AKSET just before graduating from University of Indonesia majoring in Business Law in 2019.
Clara Anastasia So
Anastasia obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree in 2019 from the University of Indonesia, majoring in Business Law. Since joining AKSET, Anastasia has been involved in various matters, focusing on the fintech industry, general corporate, real property transactions, and foreign investment.
During her study, Anastasia took an International Commercial Arbitration course at University College London and participated in the 25th Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna, Austria.
Anastasia has passed the Indonesian bar exam set by the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).
Datanya Nuga Kalula
Kalula practices general corporate matters, banking & finance, mergers and acquisitions, and manpower matters, with a strong interest in the maritime sector.
Kalula joined AKSET in 2019 after graduating cum laude from Universitas Indonesia (Sarjana Hukum Degree) in 2019. She passed the Bar Examination administered by the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and is currently waiting to be sworn as an advocate.
Kristin joined AKSET in 2018. Prior to joining AKSET, she was involved in several fin-tech start ups. She has developed strong interest in financial technology industry–as well as general corporate, foreign investment and international trade.
She completed her law undergraduate program at University of Indonesia. She gained an award as Best Paper Presenter during her participation in International Conference on Social Sciences and Humanities 2018.
Filza has handled general corporate matters and capital market transactions, including initial public offerings and right issuances. In sector-based industries, she has been involved in the acquisition process of plantations.
Filza graduated cum laude from the University of Indonesia (Sarjana Hukum degree). Prior to joining AKSET, she was with another law firm. She is currently on study leave at Leiden University.
Giovanni Yogi Tanzil
Gio joined AKSET in 2018. He has been involved in various general corporate and financing matters. He has also been involved in mergers and acquisitions including due diligence of a major insurance acquisition.
Gio graduated from the University of Indonesia (Sarjana Hukum degree). Prior to joining AKSET, he was an Associate of another law firm. He speaks English and Indonesian. He is currently on study leave at Leiden University.
Jasmine Nabila Ramadha
Jasmine graduated in 2016 from the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia, majoring in Business Law.
Prior to joining AKSET, Jasmine worked at another prominent law firm where she was involved in a number acquisitions including a stake acquisition of a healthcare company headquartered in Jakarta.
In AKSET, she handles mergers and acquisitions, foreign investments, general corporate, capital market, and construction matters.
Michael has assisted in several transactions, including due diligence for change of operator of the Mahakam oil and gas field, offshore syndication financing of Indonesian borrowers, and due diligence of a cross-border private equity acquisition.
Michael graduated from Padjadjaran University (Sarjana Hukum degree). He was seconded to the Singapore office of his previous law firm before joining AKSET as an associate. He speaks English and Indonesian.
Noor Muhammad Aziz
Aziz joined AKSET in 2016. Since joining AKSET, he has handled general corporate matters with heavy exposure to information technology and telecommunications, as well as employment matters and dispute resolution. He has passed the bar exam set by the Indonesian Bar Association (Peradi) and he is currently waiting to be called to the bar as an advocate.
Noor Prayoga Mokoginta
Yoga has a strong passion in tech-related legal matters. Prior to joining AKSET, Yoga was an Associate of another prominent law firm in Jakarta. While he handles a variety of areas of legal practice, he mainly focuses his practice on technology and e-commerce companies in Indonesia, including matters relating to Personal Data Protection, e-commerce, and technology law.
He is a licensed lawyer to appear before the Indonesian courts. He holds a Bachelor of Law (S.H.) degree from Gadjah Mada University, Indonesia, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Tilburg University (majoring in Law and Technology, with focus on Personal Data Protection), the Netherlands.
Nurana Sekar Lestari
Nurana Lestari (Sekar) has been involved in various merger and acquisition, foreign investment, general corporate and tax projects. She is also developing a keen interest in banking and financing.
Sekar first joined AKSET in 2013 as an intern and rejoined the firm in 2014 as an associate. She graduated cum laude from University of Indonesia (Sarjana Hukum degree, majoring in Business Law) and Tilburg University, the Netherlands (LL.M. degree, majoring in International Business Law).
Radiansyah Suryomahendra Yamin
Radiansyah (Ian) is involved in a variety of general corporate matters, foreign investment, and compliance for clients, particularly in the plantation agriculture section. He has strong interests in telecommunications and information technology.
Ian joined AKSET in 2017 after graduating from University of Indonesia (Sarjana Hukum degree). He speaks English and Indonesian.
Rama Putra Sahetapy
Rama joined AKSET in 2018.
Rama graduated from Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia in three and a half years, (Sarjana Hukum degree), and finished his post-graduate program from University of Indonesia in early 2018 majoring in Notarial Law (Magister of Notarial Law degree).
Rama does general corporate, real estate and property work. He speaks English and Indonesian.
Dita joined AKSET on 2019, after working in another lawfirm. Ever since, she has developed strong interest in employment, general corporate and mergers & acquisitions matters.
Dita completed her law undergraduate program in 2018 at University of Indonesia, majoring Business Law. Dita has also passed the Bar Examination set by the Indonesian Advocate Association (PERADI).
Tara Priscilla Ogilvie
Tara is fast becoming a core member of AKSET’s IPP and Projects team. She has strong interests in foreign investment, corporate, licensing and operational matters.
Tara graduated cum laude from University of Indonesia in three and a half years, (Sarjana Hukum degree). During that time, she spent a semester abroad at Leiden University, the Netherlands.
Thalia has advised clients in various foreign investment, general corporate and licensing matters. She has also been involved in mergers and acquisitions and is developing a strong interest in the field of microfinance and financial technology.
Thalia joined AKSET in 2016 after working in another firm. She graduated in 2015 from the University of Indonesia, majoring in Business Law. She speaks English and Indonesian.
Thomas Peter Wijaya
Thomas has been involved in various general corporate, foreign investment, mergers & acquisitions and infrastructure projects.
He has advised investors in acquisitions of a plantation company and an oil and gas company. He also advises international clients on the legal framework of construction services in Indonesia.
Thomas joined AKSET after graduating cum laude from Gadjah Mada University (Sarjana Hukum degree). He is currently on secondment at Mori Hamada & Matsumoto Japan
