Alfan Zakiyanto

Alfan is one of the main members of AKSET’s dispute resolution team. He has assisted various domestic and international clients in various civil litigation, debt restructuring, manpower, intellectual property, and anti-trust dispute resolutions. He also advises clients on banking and finance as well as various general corporate matters. Alfan also has a keen interest in aviation law since his time of study at university where he participated in the International Air Law Moot Court Competition by Leiden University in Beijing, China.

Alfan joined AKSET after graduating cum laude from Airlangga University (Sarjana Hukum degree). He is a licensed Advocate and a member of the Indonesian Advocate Association (PERADI).
