Inka’s primary expertise is real estate and property. For over six years with AKSET, she has represented clients and acted as counsel for major local and international corporations in land acquisitions and property developments across Indonesia, from urban housing and commercial developments in Jakarta to mining and agricultural projects on the outer islands.
Inka also advises extensively on merger and acquisition transactions, foreign capital investment, and general corporate matters, including acting as lead counsel in the acquisition of a national Indonesian food company and representing an Indonesian company in joint operations with Chinese investors for construction of nickel ore smelters.
Inka was involved in structuring the cooperation arrangement for development of a strategically located mixed used property in Jakarta. More recently, she was involved in the sale and purchase transaction of a property owned by an Indonesian subsidiary of one of the largest American automotive companies manufacturing in West Java.
Inka holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Magister of Notary, both from the University of Indonesia. In 2013, she passed the state exam to become a Land Deed Officer (Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah) held by the National Land Agency. She is a licensed Advocate (PERADI). She speaks Indonesian and English.
