Kadri is AKSET’s current Managing Partner. He is a registered capital markets specialist and well-known expert on banking related transactions. He also very experienced in handling merger and acquisition transaction in various business sectors particularly publicly listed company related transaction. Kadri is a member of advisory board of Indonesian Capital Market Legal Consultants Association (Himpunan Konsultan Hukum Pasar Modal).
In his recent years in AKSET, he has rapidly grown his portfolio by representing main local and international banks including major group companies in various financing transactions, both offshore and onshore. One of his key works in banking and finance transaction would be his representation of a US$800 million syndicated offshore financing from 23 international banks across Asia and Middle East for a prominent plantation group in South East Asia.
Kadri is one of the foremost lawyer in Indonesia and played major role in banking industries in Indonesia. He had represented the Government of Indonesia through Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (IBRA) during the monetary crisis in 1998 for certain Indonesian banks restructuring, merger, and the Government of Indonesia’s divestment to certain investors in certain taken‐over banks.
Kadri graduated from the University of Indonesia (Sarjana Hukum degree) and attended the School of Business at Cleveland State University, Ohio.
