Our Labor and Employment team has an outstanding record in representing both individuals and corporate clients in employment matters. We are fluent in providing general advisory work which covers Labor Law compliant fixed-term, permanent, and part-time employment agreements in various industries including donor-funded projects implemented by private companies and not-for-profit organizations. We also advise our clients on termination of employment, pension, compensation, salary, benefits, strikes, suspension, equal- employment opportunity, health and safety management, company regulations, as well as collective labor agreements.

On employment litigation, we frequently represent and advise our client on cases involving foreign workers and their work licenses, internal fraud and embezzlement, protection of whistleblower employees, termination of employment strategy, bipartite negotiation, mediation, and court representation. Our team consists of locally qualified experts who have profound knowledge about labor and employment issues and are licensed to appear before the manpower authority and the industrial relation courts in Indonesia.

We have also conducted internal corporate crime investigation to assist our clients in finding and resolving any violations conducted by employees of the clients.
