Adhitya Ramadhan

Adhitya (Adit) Ramadhan assists clients in M&A and real estate transactions, as well as general corporate matters. He has been involved in a wide range of transactions, one of which was assisting a major Japanese developer in the establishment of a joint venture company for the development of 1,200 houses in Indonesia.

Adit graduated from the Universitas Indonesia. He is a licensed advocate and a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).
