Thomas Peter Wijaya

Thomas has a particular focus on labor and employment matters, as well as work involving non-governmental organizations and aid-funded projects in Indonesia. He regularly advises domestic and multinational clients on complex employment issues, workforce structuring, regulatory compliance, and sensitive termination matters, and is trusted by clients for his practical, solution-driven approach.

In addition, Thomas has extensive experience across a broad range of corporate matters, including general corporate and foreign investment work, mergers and acquisitions transactions, and infrastructure projects. His multidisciplinary exposure enables him to provide integrated advice that aligns legal strategy with clients’ commercial objectives.

Thomas graduated from Universitas Gadjah Mada. He is a licensed advocate and member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and the Indonesia Labor Law Consultant Association (HKHKI).
