Adhitya Ramadhan

Adit has over 12 years of experience in corporate law, advising domestic and international clients on high-value and complex transactions, with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment, and real estate practice. He adopts a commercial, solution-based approach tailored to clients’ business needs.

He is also a co-author of the Indonesian chapter of Getting the Deal Through – Loans & Secured Financing.

Adit graduated from University of Indonesia in 2013.

He has successfully completed the Basic Education Level 1 and Level 2 examinations of the Financial Sector Lawyers Association (Himpunan Konsultan Hukum Sektor Keuangan) and is currently awaiting formal admission.
